Through the EaTemp Website, user can search, access and download presentation and resume templates/ slides regarding various themes and styles. 

Responsibility

By using EaTemp website and its services, the user acknowledges and agrees that they are doing so at their own risk and under their own responsibility. EaTemp, its directors, employees, agents, and representatives will not be held responsible for any misuse or breaches of these terms by the user.

The user will be held accountable for any damages to EaTemp resulting from their use of the website and services in violation of these terms and must agree to indemnify EaTemp and its related parties from any liabilities incurred.

EaTemp does not guarantee the availability, reliability, quality, completeness, accuracy or suitability of the website and its services for any specific purpose or activity. EaTemp will not be liable for any damages including but not limited to: interruptions, viruses, technical problems, interferences, omissions, power cuts, failure of telecommunication networks or the user’s equipment, delays or unavailability due to internet deficiencies or traffic overload, third-party actions, maintenance or software updates, or any other events beyond EaTemp’s control.

Aside from EaTemp’s intentional misconduct and situations where the law prohibits limiting liability through agreement, the use of the EaTemp website and services is solely at the user’s risk, and EaTemp will not be held responsible for any damages that may result from the use of the website and services.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights for the EaTemp website, its services, and any content included (such as text, images, animations, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, icons, buttons, pictures, videos, sound recordings, etc.) belong to or are licensed by EaTemp.

The reproduction of EaTemp’s website, its services, or any of its content is permitted, but reselling it is strictly prohibited.

Licensing Agreement

EaTemp grants the User a license to download, use, and modify the EaTemp Templates and Adapted Contents. The User may share the EaTemp Templates with other people and can use them in personal, professional, commercial, educational and advertising or marketing, provided that all the attribution requirements are met. The User cannot resell, assign, transfer, sublicense, share or make the EaTemp Templates or Adapted Contents available to third parties. The User cannot use any elements of the EaTemp Template or the Adapted Content in isolation and separate from the EaTemp Template or the Adapted Content. The User must comply with the attribution requirements outlined in the terms and conditions. Any use not approved in writing by EaTemp is prohibited.
